We've been thinking about the guarantees that we're willing to make regarding any information that we collection and how we handle your data. After some discussion, here are the rules:

• Entire site deletion within 24 hours
• Backup log deletion within 6 months
• Anonymization of any stored data after 6 months
• Full backup of your site, all of the content, and the application that runs the site available at any time.
• Open Source to boot! All of our code that powers your site is available at any time, it's licensed under GPL and may be deployed on any LAMP stack.
• Canadian privacy laws apply. We're located in Canada currently and so are our servers, so for now we're following Canadian laws. In the future this may change as we move to CDN's in the United States and other countries.
